• Vacuum dining room and stairs

• Wood and kindling--fill bins

• Clean window spots

• Vac sofa, chairs, etc. (under as well)

Bedrooms

• Clean sheets

• Check all heaters in off position

• Vacuum

• Dust

Loft

• Make/clean beds

• Check window

• Vacuum loft and stairs

• Dust

 

Bathrooms

• Clean sink, shower & toilet

• Clean towels and hang

• 4 rolls toilet paper per bath

• Vinyl floors: mop with vinegar & water

Linen Closet

• Organize neatly

 

Laundry

• Wash, dry & put away all linen/towels

• Lint tray cleaned out

• Laundry soap at least 1/2 full

• Washer open

 

General Interior

• Vacuum all rooms

  • Clean spots

  • Replace bag if 1/2 full

  • Dust all Rooms

• Stock Supply:

  • Resupply TP, PT, towels

  • Resupply trash bags

  • Resupply Soap: Dish, Laundry Hand

 

Front Porch

• Sweep and hose off

• Arrange chairs and tables against back wall

• Lock porch from inside

 

Repairs

• Fix damaged screens

 

Back Patio

• Sweep and hose off

• Clean & cover grill and sink

• Propane 1/2 full + 1 extra full tank

• Umbrella down

• Coil hose & disconnect from faucet

• Fire pit area swept and clean

• Woodpile & chopping area clean

General Exterior

• Dog waste clean up and holes filled

 

Boat House

• Locked from inside

• Implements put away & neatly stored

• Fuel properly marked

 

Dock Area

• Wash off sand from docks

• All items put away

• Clean up fire pit area

• Report any issues w docks

• Paddles, lifejackets, fuel stored

• Beach clean & holes filled

 

If no one is following you

• Unplug electrical cords to lamps, etc.

• Put all blinds down

• Put living room cushions down

• Bring in patio cushions

• Remove ashes from fireplace and dispose of safely

• Close fireplace flue

• Taps off to washer

• Turn hot water switch to off position

• Lock porch from inside

Final Checkout Items

• Lock all doors

• Lock all windows

• Turn off all heaters

• Take trash to dumpster

• garbage key on board

• Take your food home

• Upload photos of wood/kindling (not required)
